What you will do
- Design and configure CSM modules (cases, SLAs, portals, escalation paths);
- Build rich Service Portals with custom logic and dashboards;
- Integrate external CRMs and backend systems;
- Lead documentation, testing, and training for deployments;
- Collaborate with technical teams and business owners.
Must haves
- 4+ years ServiceNow, with 2+ in CSM implementations;
- Strong in scripting, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent;
- Frontend customization and UX mindset;
- Fluent English and a self-starting attitude.
Nice to haves
- Insurance industry background.
