What you will do
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Must haves
- 4+ years experience in QA;
- Strong SQL Knowledge (Tasks: Transformations, Validation, Calculations and Logic Validation):
- DDL Statements;
- DML Statements;
- Window functions;
- Functional Analysis Experience (It’s vital to understand what is being tested and also help us identify if the process is covering all/edge cases);
- Task and Bug Management System Experience: Jira, TestRail, or similar tool;
- Experience in API Testing and API automation using Postman or similar tool;
- Experience in Git: Github, Bitbucket, or similar tool;
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Back-end experience – Python Knowledge (at least on the level for white-box testing)
- Experience in Apache NiFi
- Experience in AWS Lambda and S3
- Experience in data warehouse (like Snowflake)
- Experience in business intelligence platforms like Looker, MSTR, or Power BI to be able to perform Explores/Objects validation
- BE Automation using Python
- BA Experience
