Senior/Lead Marketing Operations Expert

• What you will do

• Stay up to date with new marketing tools;
• Define and execute A/B tests and experiments to grow number of leads and reduce costs across channels (Mass Mail, Linkedin, Paid Media, Inbound);
• Work with technical experts to share learnings and opportunities;
• Set up and track analytics.

• Must haves

• +5 years in outbound marketing (Mass Mail, Linkedin);
• +3 years experience in Inbound Marketing (Paid Media, Content, SEO);
• +2 years of experience in data reporting;
• +5 years of experience in B2B Marketing;
• You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room;
• Willingness to try new things and learn from them.

• Nice to haves

• Experience in software development industry;
• You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
• You have experience working in an Agile environment;
• You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve;
• Experience in martech tools.
