What you will do
- Understand stakeholder needs: Conduct research and analyze feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Develop a compelling UI vision: Create a user-centered UI strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals;
- Make data-driven decisions: Leverage data and analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize product performance and usability;
- Collaborate effectively: Partner closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements;
- Focus on high-quality products: Prioritize quality to ensure robustness and scalability of the system.
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline);
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product management;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
- Experience with automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems;
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps;
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- A master’s degree is a plus.
