  • What you will do

  • Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes;
  • Getting accurate, real-time data for visualizing team performance;
  • Task list ownership;
  • Quarterly account performance reviews;
  • Work with analytics team to design and implement real time BI reports;
  • Documentation ownership;
  • Business Travel calendar ownership;
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales support process improvement;
  • Design sales operational processes and practices to optimize performance and accelerate growth efforts;
  • Work with the leadership on design and administration of compensation plans;
  • Review territory sales and account performance and ownership;
  • Drive training and educational initiatives.
  • Must haves

  • Proficiency in CRM or similar software;
  • Expertise in building workflows, dashboards, funnel analysis and automation;
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Nice to haves

  • Experience in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent function with experience with global sales teams in B2B business;
  • Hands on experience in the IT industry, understanding of markets and trends;
  • Previous experience in analyzing, organizing, and maintaining large data sets and sales automation tools;
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales activities and sales processes in tech sector;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies;
  • Knowledge of ZohoCRM, Google Looker or any other BI reporting platform.
