What you will do

- Composing reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries;
- Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates;
- Recruiting real estate agents and vendor Management.
Must haves
- Advanced English level and great communication skills;
- Sales/Recruiting Experience;
- Positive and open-minded style of communication;
- Understanding of full recruitment life cycle;
- Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills;
- Understanding of how to source for candidates.
Nice to haves
- Experience with CRM/Database management
- Experience as a Vendor Manager.
- Experience in the U.S. real estate industry
