What you will do
- Ingest, structure, and analyze a wide range of unstructured data sources;
- Design, maintain, and orchestrate data pipelines in an AWS environment for production processing and training flows;
- Continuously evaluate, analyze, test, and improve the quality, privacy, and performance of our data systems;
- Contribute across the product — from front-end UX and product design to API/systems architecture and ML processing/training.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience ingesting, analyzing and structuring a wide variety of data sources;
- Significant experience building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment;
- Strong experience with databases/SQL, Python, and Pandas (or equivalent);
- Prior experience working in fast-paced environments and tackling problems across the stack with quick iterations while maintaining a high-quality bar;
- Hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning;
- Familiarity with LLM architecture;
- Experience in AI/LLM optimization based on open frameworks;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience within healthcare domain is a plus;
- Extensive production experience with AWS, container and/or data orchestration tools;
- MLE Experience (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.);
- Full-stack development experience, particularly with JS/TS/Node;
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles in a startup or consultancy.
