What you will do
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns focused on Talent market lead generation;
- Maintain data updates in CRM related to the work process;
- Manage content creation and distribution across various platforms (website, external platforms, and job boards);
- Analyze marketing channel performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve campaign outcomes;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Must haves
- 1 year of experience working in marketing, recruitment, or human resources;
- Experience working with CRM, building reports, and dashboards;
- Knowledge of G-suite and excellent data organization skills;
- Upper-intermediate English level;
- Ability to work independently and adapt based on priorities;
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Nice to haves
- Experience working with CMS will be a plus (WordPress or similar);
- Experience with Meta and LinkedIn advertisement;
- Experience with content creation and copywriting;
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio);
- Prior work with employer branding activities;
- Understanding of the IT industry and modern technologies.
