Java/React.js Full Stack Engineer (Middle) ID36054

• What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LoKation Sphere software, ensuring performance, scalability, and security;
• Optimize existing code, implement bug fixes, and drive performance improvements across the full stack;
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and performance testing strategies;
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to drive team efficiency;
• Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, enhancing knowledge transfer and compliance;
• Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve the development process and product capabilities.

• Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack web development, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, CSS, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL;
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies (JIRA preferred);
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and software development lifecycle tools;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Nice to haves

• Node.js, experience;
• React Native experience;
• Strong familiarity with WordPress website Development;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support knowledge sharing and peer reviews.
