What you will do
- Backend Development: Build and maintain backend systems to ensure application fidelity and seamless delivery to internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitoring & Alerts: Develop scalable monitoring systems to detect and resolve fidelity issues with minimal manual intervention;
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions that ensure data integrity and reliability;
- API & Frontend: Optimize APIs and frontend interfaces for better usability and robust integration with backend services.
Must haves
- Frontend Development: 3+ years of experience JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks like React;
- Backend Development: 3+ years of experience in Java;
- API Integration: Experience with both RESTful and GraphQL APIs;
- Database Expertise: Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL solutions like Redis and MongoDB;
- UI & Rules Engine: Experience delivering seamless integration with backend services and implementing robust UI-driven business rules;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Upper-intermediate English Level.
Nice to haves
- Experience in designing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems for critical workflows;
- Familiarity with high-scale, high-reliability distributed systems;
- Background in handling application fidelity issues or working in data integrity-sensitive environments.
