What you will do
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Java;
- Design and manage database schemas and queries for MongoDB and SQL;
- Build and integrate APIs, ensuring scalability and performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git/GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket;
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI;
- Troubleshoot and debug applications using tools like Postman, curl, or Chrome DevTools;
- Contribute to the deployment of applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Must haves
- 3+ years of Proficiency in Java;
- Experience with API integration (RESTful APIs; GraphQL is ideal);
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL;
- Skills in data modeling, query optimization, and handling database scalability;
- Proficient with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket;
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative environments;
- Experience writing unit tests with tools like JUnit (Java), or PyTest (Python);
- Familiarity with integration testing and end-to-end testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Python;
- Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, and gRPC.
