What you will do
- Drive 3 main customer facing development directions through all phases of software development life-cycle;
- Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams with up to 30 people on board;
- Manage and report on project scope, schedule, timelines, dependencies and resources;
- Engage with product management and play a key role in incident and business support management;
- Lead team meetings (daily, weekly, monthly as appropriate) with project teams;
- Maintain an attitude of commitment and exhibit responsibility for the needs of the team members;
- Continually refine and optimize workstreams and processes for the development organization.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience in Project Manager roles;
- Previous experience working with distributed/remote teams;
- Proven experience managing IT support teams in a 24/7 environment;
- Strong knowledge of incident management, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and escalation processes;
- Ability to define and track performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, MTTR, etc.);
- Excellent organizational and team leadership skills;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Experience with postmortem analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- An engineering background as a software or QA engineer is highly desirable;
- Track record in overseeing compensation processes.
