C++ Developer (Middle/Senior) ID34584

• What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services written in C++ for medical imaging workflows;
• Implement and enhance DICOM networking (C-STORE, C-FIND, C-MOVE) and routing logic;
• Optimize performance and scalability of image ingestion and study distribution;
• Integrate with cloud infrastructure (AWS S3) for storage and retrieval;
• Participate in migration of legacy services to C++17-based architecture;
• Work closely with DevOps (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, custom Ubuntu builds);
• Follow Agile methodologies and collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams.

• Must haves

• 5+ years of experience in backend C++ development (preferably C++17);
• Strong understanding of DICOM protocol and PACS systems (Picture Archiving and Communication System);
• Experience with multithreading, socket, websocket programming, and performance tuning;
• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns and services (AWS S3, EC2, etc.);
• Proficiency with Linux, CMake, Git, and linux development environments;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Nice to haves

• Experience with DCMTK or GDCM;
• Experience handling GE ABUS imaging data in backend systems or pipelines;
• Familiarity with Debian packaging and Ubuntu-based custom builds;
• Experience with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA).
